Covid-19 Updates to Our Current Services and Information

We miss you and we hope you are staying safe and healthy. Please read below for information on In Office Visits, Existing Appointments, and Virtual Appointments.

We are open with limited hours:
Contact us immediately via email at info@unioncenterforhealing.com, for an appointment if you are experiencing significant physical, mental or emotional distress. We will have limited availability for the next few weeks but are seeing some of our patients in need.

If delaying treatment with us would likely lead to you using another clinic or facility (like urgent care or ER), contact us immediately.
Stay home if:
If you are at high risk for complications from COVID, have any respiratory symptoms, may have had recent exposure to COVID or can delay treatment, we ask that you not make an appt at this time. Most of all, we want to thank all of you for doing your part to keep us all safe. We are in this together!

Protocols for safety:
We have implemented safety protocols for sanitization including extensive use of sanitizers, plastic covers on the tables and face cradles, and will be staggering patients and providers to limit the contact between people. At this time we will only be seeing one patient in a room every three hours. We will prescreen for fever and any respiratory symptom.

For now, we are discontinuing heavy contact treatment such as massage, cosmetic acupuncture and cranial sacral because we do not want to use PPE that is in short supply.

Virtual Services:
We are now seeing patients virtually to help keep connected with you all and serve our community. Please see unioncenterforhealing.fullslate.com for a list of our virtual services. If you need herbs, supplements, want to know how to keep your immune system strong, help mitigate cold/flu/Covid, or continue with your usual care, we can provide this via telemedicine. We are also offering one-on-one Meditation/Mindfulness session, 5 Element consultations and Energy Medicine.

We will email you if we need to cancel your existing appointment due to quarantine. You may contact us to let us know if your appointment is essential so we can prioritize your appointment.

A beginners guide to herbs for seasonal affective disorder

Union Center for Healing’s acupuncturist & herbalist, Dylan, will be teaching a class on both Western & Chinese herbs to uplift mood, calm tension and support healthy energy levels during the upcoming dark months. Class will include herb tasting and a basic how to on blending dried herbs for tea and preparing tea infusions.
